How many people can attend a session?

Each booking is for private use of the pool, so it’s just your group during that time. Most sessions are ideal for between 2 and 10 people, but you can have up to 15 for things like small celebrations or family gatherings. If you’re unsure what works best for your group, just get in touch.


Is the pool heated?

Yes, the pool is heated and kept at a comfortable temperature all year round, usually around 32°C. It’s designed to feel warm and inviting as soon as you get in, making it perfect for both relaxation and family use.


How long is each session?

Each session is an hour, starting and finishing on the hour. This includes 45 minutes in the pool, along with 15 minutes for changing. This gives you plenty of time to enjoy your swim while keeping everything running smoothly for the next guests.


Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, all sessions must be booked in advance online. We recommend booking early as availability can be limited, especially during weekends and school holidays.


Once you’ve booked your slot, you will get an email confirmation of your booking stating the date, time, type of booking made and an access code with instructions. Please remember this! You will get a reminder email close to your booking, just in case.

Please park in the designated area, following the road signs and access the changing room facilities following the signs.

Please do not enter the changing room before your booked time. All sessions start and finish on the hour.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We understand that plans can change. You can reschedule your session with enough notice through your booking confirmation. For cancellations, please refer to the booking terms provided at checkout or contact us if you need help.
